This 13 storey rental building will open on 123 Street near Stoney Plain Road in 2020.  The tower is on a fantastic site blocks away from a new LRT station.  The design process had to be incredibly fast, to beat a nearby project to the market.  With close collaboration with the City, and leaning on our experience in high-rise planning, we were able to design the building and obtain a Development Permit within 4 months of signing the contract.
