Our second project with Abbey Lane Homes, this well articulated six storey wood frame apartment building represents a careful response to context and community.  Located in the neighbourhood of Edmonton, the project is carefully inserted between a well regarded community garden and a row of historical townhomes.  Shading effects on the community garden north of the project site were carefully considered during the rezoning phase, and screening was provided along lower floor units on the south side of the building to protect privacy and access to the neighbouring townhomes. 158 rental suites of various size are provide, with two levels of underground parking.
