The Agora Borealis is a proposed repurposing of Edmonton’s aged Coliseum into a mixed use seniors living and community recreational facility, with new development proposed for the lands surrounding.  Developed under the initiative of Gardner Architecture and Designworks engineering the proposal was included in the City of Edmonton’s Northlands ideas outreach program in 2018.  See http://agoraborealisedm.com/ for more details.
