This four storey wood frame apartment building is our second project in Saskatoon with Heritage Valley Capital.  The design maximizes a small site to provide 66 suites.  Most projects on sites of this zone in Saskatoon are 3 stories tall.  With Gardner Architecture’s fresh perspective we were able to add a fourth story and maximize the value of the development. Three wings are pushed within setback limits, with one of the wings housing enclosed above ground parking to ensure that stringent local requirements were met without increasing cost associated with additional underground parking levels.
