This development offers 248 suites to Saskatchewan’s rental housing market.  Three six storey wood frame buildings with underground parking are provided, with additional surface parking provided at grade.  The underground parking for two of the buildings is connected to provide efficiencies.  Clad in cementitious panel the simple and traditional design resulted in a remarkably economic development.
