Owned by Main Street Equities, the City Square Tower in central Edmonton was built in the early 1970’s and was due for renewal.  Key to the success of this project is the re-positioning of main floor retail, and upgrades to the existing above ground parking structure.  Retail spaces are increased and given a better street presence, and the parkade structure is wrapped in back lit perforated metal panels and break shape trim pieces.  A large digital sign board at the northeast corner defines the project and connects to Ice District signage and activities a block away.
