Located near the University of Alberta, College Plaza is a vibrant mixed use development serving a variety of clients.  A major podium upgrade in the late 90’s began to appear dated after 20 years.  The revised design adds a neutral palette and modern materials to reduce the cacophony of colours and shapes in the original design, and replaces main entry canopy features with a more contemporary aesthetic.
