The Desrochers mixed-use development is a massive development at the terminus of Edmonton’s new South LRT line.  Three buildings will be housed on the site, one 6 storey wood frame building will launch the development, with two 8 storey concrete buildings to follow.  Commercial Retail units are available on the main floor, with the second floor dedicated to office.  Upper floors will house apartment units.  One level of underground parking is provided within the building footprint.  A small number of site parking is balanced with large plaza areas and walk.  The site is planned such that pedestrian and vehicular areas are separated and defined, creating safe and active public spaces.
