A classic small retail development, the Fenwyck Shopping Centre will house a gas bar and various commercial retail units.  The site is large enough to accommodate a day care adjacent to an environmental reserve.  The simplicity of the design allows for more expensive detailing to be focused at key points of interest, rather than across the length of the buildings.  Treating the buildings like an overall canvas rather than a series of repetitive elements, and being careful about building height and grid dimensions lowers the price of construction of each building.
