Our third project with RMS, Developments Inc., this 126 unit development built upon the success of previous projects we had completed with RMS.  Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, irregular site plan presented efficiency challenges to site layout that were overcome with a number of variances.  This project also incorporated an new crawl space design, a more economic approach to the slab on grade design typical of RMS projects.  Innovative design and a number of code equivalency variances were successful and RMS has used this system in other buildings since.
