Our client, 76 Group Co, has a unique vision of providing affordable commercial real estate to incubate local businesses. This is accomplished via the re-purposing of existing buildings. Manchester Square is housed in an existing warehouse retail space near central Edmonton. A portion of the building was knocked down to accommodate surface parking, with the remainder re-skinned to accommodate commercial retail bays. The design of the building is unique to Edmonton, bringing elements, textures, and details from the client’s memories of Europe. Quality design and unique site elements transition between the European flavor of the building and the pragmatic approach to site circulation and parking.
