These two six storey buildings will provide approximately 160 apartment units and amenities geared towards seniors.  Part of the Emerald Hills Urban Village, these 6 storey buildings required in depth negotiations with the County to allow parking under an adjacent park amenity, with stratification of the land as the end result.  Work with Can Der inhouse designers and artist Ron Usher resulted in a dynamic and exciting design on a very tight site requiring complex integration with adjacent access points, rights of way, and services.
