Working with Avid Homes and PK Developments we developed the design and drawings for this 277 unit apartment building in the McConachie neighbourhood of Edmonton.  Using PK’s unique suite designs the building was arranged in a continuous “O” shape around the perimeter of the site, with amenity spaces housed in a bridge over the site’s vehicular entry.  This resulted in a unique development with a protected courtyard.
