An existing office building, the Newport Centre is in a key location connected via pedway to the MTS Centre, home of the Winnipeg Jets.  The project goal is to re-position the lower floors as an entertainment and retail venue, and enhance the finish and lighting of the tower.  An anchor restaurant and shops activate the main floor and compliment the MTS Centre.  LED signage holds key positions on the building.
