Pine Creek Manor was developed by RMS in concert with Capital Region Housing.  Surplus land owned by the Evangel Pentecostal Assembly was subdivided and re-zoned to accommodate 174 apartment units.  Unique massing and ground floor oriented units facilitated the articulation of the building along an adjacent multi-use path.  Unique colouring further accents the building and break up it’s perceived mass.  A unique lightweight combustible firewall was incorporated, significantly reducing the cost of construction.  The project has been taken up as a flagship for affordable housing in Edmonton.
