With over 25 years of practical experience in the Architectural Industry in the Alberta market, working on projects across Western Canada, Richard Innes brings strong technical and Building Code knowledge, and leadership to the project team. 

Richard has provided technical and project team leadership on many building types, from commercial retail to mixed-use and multi-family projects. As an organized and technical thinker, Richard is able to capture the most minute details of the building coordination and ensure that all disciplines are cross-coordinated properly to a level that works to minimize costly changes during construction providing the clients the most cost-efficient building possible.  Richard brings his years of hard-earned experience with him to every project, passionate about ensuring the final product is of the best quality possible.
