Working with a prime site on Wye Road in Strathcona County, we were able to incorporate a CRU building a Pad building, and a two storey Commercial and Office building, with room left over for a new Shell station.  Buildings were strategically located to work with challenging grading and varying soil conditions.  The design represents a balance between the lofty vision of stakeholders and the design team and the practical realities of the construction budget and project proforma.
