The third phase of the Tri-Village Mixed Use retail project in Spruce Grove, Alberta, this three story building houses a restaurant, pharmacy, and other medical and health related services.   The building is noted for it’s unique panel design.  A variety of subtly different colours plays a pattern across the elevation, with panel depths thickening at pilasters to provide a third dimension to building articulation.  The panels are a mix of AL-13 with coloured trims and standard 3d break shape panels.  A unique roof deck amenity overlooking the adjacent Edmonton Eskimos practice field is large enough to accommodate events and TV cameras.  The building was completed in 2017.
