The second half of a four building development in the Windermere neighbourhood of Edmonton, RMS Developments purchased this property after the original developer had weathered the downturn of 2008. The first half of the development had been built and sold as condominiums. The challenge for the later half was to incorporate cost efficient RMS standards into a design that would connect with the existing condominiums, creating a cohesive whole. Building location and material selection were key, resulting in a successful development integrating both rental and condominium housing.
